All reasonable effort has been made to obtain permission to display copyright material and acknowledgements made accordingly where appropriate. Any material that is displayed without such permission is inadvertent, without harm meant or pecuniary advantage sought.
The Corryvreckan DVD on offer is commercially replicated and of 'High Street' quality. Each disc is tested during the production process.
Purchasers of the Corryvreckan DVD experiencing any problems with the playback of the film should check the DVD on another player before making complaint. Any disc found to be faulty will be replaced. No refunds will be considered.
Whirlpool-Scotland will process orders as soon as they are received, and proof of postage will be standard.
No guarantees for the postal system can be offered so 14 days must be allowed for delivery. In the normal course of events delivery should be within 3-5 days [mainland UK], 7-14 days [Europe], and 7-21 days [USA and Australasia].
Any delivery failure will be replaced after notification in writing to the above address. E-mail notification is not acceptable.
